What we do

We don't sell robots. We deliver a working process.

A robot arm, a camera, sensors, grippers and fixtures do not produce anything on their own. Eurobotik analyses the process, designs the cell, teaches the robot with its own offline and adaptive software, validates it in simulation and commissions it on the floor.

Our own software

Offline programming, toolpath generation and adaptive robot programs developed in-house since 2014. Teaching a new product drops from hours to minutes.

A vision core

We measure where the part is instead of assuming it. 3D scanning and robotic vision remove the need for expensive fixturing.

Patented products

The Trajectory Record Arm is granted in the US (US12247694B2) and the sheet-metal cutting method is in PCT. R&D runs at Teknopark İstanbul.

Continuity on site

Maintenance, operator training and spare parts after commissioning — so the cell runs for years, not just on day one.

TR2019/13754 → WO2021050019A1 → granted in the US on 11 Mar 2025. Converts operator hand motion into a robot trajectory via tilt, distance and encoder sensors.

Our track record

Systems we have built since 2013.

  1. 2013
    • Two-axis intelligent spray-up system with vision-based recipe selection was developed.
  2. 2014
    • Toolpath generation software driven by 3D data was developed.
    • Offline robot programming software was developed.
  3. 2015
    • Robotic CNC machining system and custom robot tool calibration software were developed.
    • An intelligent quality control system measuring 77 geometric points per part was commissioned on a welding line.
  4. 2016
    • Software that detects product variation by vision and adapts the robot program was developed.
    • Thermoform plastic laser cutting and evap wrapping prototype cells were built.
  5. 2017
    • The Teknopark İstanbul R&D office was opened.
    • A fully automatic six-robot plastic laser cutting line for refrigerator parts went live.
  6. 2018
    • The Kocaeli application center was opened.
    • A modular three-robot cutting cell fed directly from the thermoform line was developed.
  7. 2019
    • The robotic condenser taping system was developed.
    • A robotic laser cutting cell for ballistic and composite trimming was built.
  8. 2020
    • The smart robotic screwing cell was developed.
    • The six-robot synchronised show for MESS's 60th anniversary was programmed and installed.
    • The patent process for laser trimming of non-metals began; a silver medal was won at ISIF'20.
  9. 2021
    • The Trajectory Record Arm patent was granted; operator motion transfers straight into the robot program.
    • A robotic sealing cell bonding glass and metal with silicone was developed.
  10. 2022
    • A second patent application was filed for the sheet-metal cutting machine (TR2022012451A1).
  11. 2025
    • The Trajectory Record Arm was granted in the United States (US12247694B2).
    • The Techno-Enterprise Badge was awarded.
  12. 2026
    • Smart Robotic Screwing System was presented on the main stage at Hannover Messe (Hall 13, E01-7).
